Hey there! I'm Paul, steering the ship of tech as the Head of IT & Eventmanagement for this event. While my academic journey in Business Psychology keeps me anchored in Vallendar, my roots are in the vibrant city of Frankfurt, just a stone's throw away. After expressing my strong interest in IdeaLab!, I found myself not just joining a team but becoming part of a closely-knit group of friends. Together, we have had the privilege of organizing IdeaLab! 2023, crafting an unforgettable event for all of you. I am truly excited to meet everyone!
What do you do in your free time?
I have always been an avid sports enthusiast, diving into football, tennis, golf, and swimming - until knee surgeries shifted my athletic path. Nowadays, I relish my gym sessions several times a week. While I cherish moments spent with friends, there are times I simply enjoy doing nothing. Yet, productivity thrills me. Organizing this outstanding event is not just a responsibility - it's a passion. It's become a fulfilling hobby, something I genuinely take pleasure in.
What is your favorite animal?
Owls are totally my spirit animal. Just like they keep an eye out for mice, I am on the lookout for tech glitches and sneaky wire nibblers. Plus, we both rock the night shift, making sure everything is spot on. They just get me :)
