Artem is the Founder and Co-CEO of charles, the conversational commerce SaaS software from Berlin that empowers consumer brands to bring everything one knows from E-Commerce into WhatsApp.

Thereby pioneering a channel that already dominates commerce in many countries outside of Europe.

Today charles counts hundreds of European customers and around $30m in total funding from Accel, HV Capital and Salesforce Ventures. Before Charles Artjem founded Kapten & Son in 2014 during his law studies, today one of Europe's biggest D2C brands with close to 100m in revenue.
