Aron Gelbard

Aron co-founded Bloom & Wild in 2013 and built it into Europe's leading D2C flower and gifting platform, delivering millions of bouquets and gifts yearly with revenue above €150m. The company's success rests on its proprietary tech platform, unique multi-continent supply chain, and outstanding customer advocacy.

The Bloom & Wild Group now operates in eight European markets with three consumer brands, having acquired bloomon and Bergamotte in 2021, and has raised close to €200m from investors including General Catalyst and Index Ventures. Prior to Bloom & Wild, Aron worked in consulting at Bain & Company and holds an MA from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard. He is also an angel investor and a board trustee of Felix, the UK's leading food redistribution charity.
