Christian co-founded More Nutrition in 2017 at the age of 23. More Nutrition later merged with ESN to form The Quality Group, which surpassed €1 billion in annual revenue in 2025 and grew organic revenue by more than 40% year-on-year in the first half of 2026 alone.
Beyond the company, Christian has become one of the most-followed voices in German-speaking health and fitness content, and his book reached the Spiegel bestseller list.
