About Dr. Annika von Mutius

Dr. Annika von Mutius is the co-founder and CEO of the Berlin HR tech startup Empion and a board member of the German Al Association. She holds a PhD in mathematics and, before founding her own company, worked for a robotics startup in Silicon Valley.

Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she actively advocates for Al development and application, as well as a future-proof tech ecosystem in Europe. Among other honors, Annika has been named to Forbes "30 Under 30 Europe" and to Handelsblatt's "People of the Year."
