Florian is a Founding Partner of Project A Ventures, one of Europe's most active early-stage VCs, with a portfolio that includes Trade Republic, Quantum Systems, and STARK. Before Project A, he co-founded multiple companies, including JustBooks, later acquired by Amazon, and helped build Zalando during his time as Managing Director at Rocket Internet.

Florian has shaped the German tech ecosystem as founder, operator, and investor. In 2025, Forbes named him to their Midas List, recognising him as one of Europe's top venture investors.
