Malte Dous is the Managing Director for Central Europe at Qonto, a leading European fintech firm that offers smart business accounts combining business banking, payments, invoicing, and expense management in one platform. Based in Berlin, he leads Qonto’s growth across Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, focusing on market expansion, partnerships, and tailoring the product to local business needs. After his PhD in St. Gallen, he began his career at BCG before moving into high-growth e-commerce. With over 12 years of experience building platform and marketplace models at Zalando, Wayfair, and DocMorris, Malte brings deep commercial and operational expertise to scaling Qonto’s mission of simplifying everyday finance for small and medium-sized businesses.
