Ralph Hage is the Co-Founder and CEO of LAP Coffee, the Berlin-born coffee company known for combining high-quality coffee and matcha with low everyday prices and a highly efficient micro-retail model. Before LAP, he built a career across finance, tech and operations, including roles at Standard Chartered, Delivery Hero, Omio and wefox.
He later founded Yababa, an online grocery delivery company focused on Turkish and Arabic products. Yababa raised $15.5 million in 2021. With LAP, he has the vision to make specialty coffee an everyday habit instead of a luxury.
